We’re a small multidisciplinary team and you’d have a wide variety of responsibilities, including:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals, balancing client needs with company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
