About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales / Account Executive to drive our sales efforts and build strong client relationships. In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
What you'll do
We’re a small multidisciplinary team and you’d have a wide variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals, balancing client needs with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
